Williams excited by Urbain De Sivola

Nick Williams watched Urbain De Sivola battle his way to a dead heat with Ifyouletmefinish at Taunton yesterday and confirmed him as a definite Festival runner.

I believe the ground is now lively enough for him to take up his Triumph Hurdle engagement.

He will take up his only engagement in the Triumph Hurdle, with Williams clearly expecting him to give a good account of himself after a fine run in Somerset.
Williams said: "He is going to Cheltenham for the Triumph a relatively fresh horse, which was always our plan. We have been wanting to get a run into him for some time but of course everything has been off.
"I believe the ground is now lively enough for him to take up his Triumph Hurdle engagement following Noel Fehily - who rode him yesterday - that he picked up well on ground that is now lively enough for the four year old."
Urbain De Sivola is 15.00 to win the Triumph Hurdle, with Grumeti 6.00 and Pearl Swan 7.00.
But for a brilliant thrust on the line from Ifyouletmefinish, the Williams horse would have picked up a hard-earned victory.
There can be no doubting the form line as his fellow dead-heater had previously run very well behind the well fancied Triumph Hurdle pair Grumeti - from Alan King's yard - and the Paul Nicholls-trained Pearl Swan.
